MEDIA ADVISORY: NEH Chair Leach available to media ahead of Feb. 16 speech

Jim Leach, chair of the National Endowment for the Humanities and former Iowa congressman, will be available to the news media from 6:20 to 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, ahead of his speech, "Civility in a Fractured Society," which begins at 7 p.m. in the Old Capitol Senate Chamber.

The press availability will be held in the Supreme Court Chamber (first floor) of the Old Capitol Museum. The media is also invited to cover all or part of Leach's speech, in which he will talk about the importance of civility in public debate.
