Local student honored for UI health research poster
(Student name) of (hometown), a student in the University of Iowa (college), was one of 12 individuals honored at the 10th annual Student Interdisciplinary Health Research Poster Session, held April 23 on the UI health sciences campus.
Twenty-nine students from across campus presented their research at the poster session. Each winner received a $100 prize, courtesy of the UI's Office of the Provost, Center on Aging, Public Policy Center, Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Program, and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Dewey Stuit Fund for Undergraduate Research.
