Gady to discuss entrepreneurship during lecture Oct. 19

Wendy Gady, founder and chief executive officer of Washington, Iowa-based consulting firm Pohaku, Inc., will discuss how she built her firm in a lecture at the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business.

Gady will speak as part of the college's Sandage Speaker Series at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 19, in the Bedell Entrepreneur Learning Laboratory, 322 N. Clinton St. Admission is free and open to the public. RSVP to http://www.iowajpec.org or call 319-335-1022.

Gady's firm specializes in helping clients become more efficient and grow. It focuses on clients in the auto, consumer packaged goods, financial and insurance industries, as well as pet food companies and agribusiness.

The Sandage Speaker Series was established by Charles and Elizabeth Sandage to support programs with an emphasis on free enterprise and entrepreneurship.
