Recreational Services Fitness Open House Jan. 15-21

To kick off the start of the spring semester, all aerobics and cycling classes offered by the University of Iowa Recreational Services will be free Jan. 15-21.

All classes take place at the UI Field House or Halsey Hall on the UI campus. A variety of classes will be offered, including "Butts 'n Guts," "Road Rally" and "Muscle Mix." A complete schedule can be found at http://www.recserv.uiowa.edu/programs/FitandWell/aerobics.htm

All spring semester fitness passes are now on sale. The fitness pass is valid for the Fitness Loft, Fitness East, the Weight Room at the UI Recreation Building and the brand new Fitness West, located at the Hawkeye Tennis & Recreation Complex. An aerobics pass is offered for unlimited aerobics and cycling classes. A combo pass covers the fitness centers as well as the classes. The walk-in fee for aerobics or cycling classes is normally $5.
