Fort Dodge Native And Iowa City Resident Completes Radiology Program
Andrea Trushcheff, a Fort Dodge native and current resident of Iowa City, has graduated from the Quality Management/Picture Archival and Communication Systems (QM/PACS) Administration Program at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Trushcheff completed the six-month program on Feb. 24. QM/PACS Administration is one of several post-radiologic technology advanced certification programs in the UI Department of Radiology.
UI Hospitals and Clinics first offered the QM/PACS curriculum in 2004. Quality management plays an important role in the operational management of the radiology department; PACS manages the digital environment and services of the radiology department.
