Recreational Services Fitness Open House Jan. 17-22
To kickoff the start of the spring semester, all aerobics and cycling classes offered by the University of Iowa Recreational Services will be free Jan. 17 - 22.
All classes are at the UI Field House or Halsey Hall on the UI Campus. A variety of classes will be offered, including "Butts & Gutts," "Awesome Intervals" and "Yoga Sculpt." A complete schedule can be found at: http://recserv.uiowa.edu/fitness/aerobics.
All spring semester fitness passes go on sale Monday, Jan. 9. The fitness pass is valid for the Fitness Loft, Fitness East and the Weight Room at the UI Recreation Building. An aerobics pass is offered for unlimited aerobics and cycling classes. A combo pass covers both the fitness centers as well as the classes. The walk-in fee for aerobics or cycling classes is normally $5.
