Engineering To Host Seminar On Intellectual Property Law April 13
The University of Iowa College of Engineering will host a special college-wide seminar on intellectual property law at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 13, in Stanley Auditorium, Room 1505 of the Seamans Center.
Damon A. Neagle, principal with the intellectual property law firm Design IP of Allentown, Pa., will speak on "An Introduction to the Laws Governing Innovation."
Neagle, who earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the UI College of Engineering in 1994, will discuss the law and the needs of companies seeking to protect their investment in industrial design.
