UI Specialist Offers Pediatric Neurology Outreach Clinic In Davenport
A specialist with Children's Hospital of Iowa at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City is now offering a pediatric neurology outreach clinic in Davenport.
Ronald Spiegel, M.D., UI clinical associate professor of pediatrics, staffs the clinic every other Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Spiegel graduated from the UI Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine. He served a residency in pediatrics at University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor, Mich., followed by a pediatric neurology fellowship at Children's Hospital of Iowa. His clinical interests include all aspects of child neurology. He also provides epilepsy evaluation and treatment, and he serves as the director of the Pediatric Epilepsy Program.
The pediatric neurology outreach clinic is held at the office of Vickie Pyevich, M.D., a pediatric cardiologist from Children's Hospital of Iowa. The office is in the Genesis Heart Institute, located at 1236 East Rusholme St., Suite 100.
