MBA For Professionals, Managers Program Offers Information Dec. 1, 8
Working professionals in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area can learn more about the University of Iowa Tippie School of Management's MBA for Professionals and Managers (MBA-PM) at two upcoming information receptions.
The receptions will be:
--Thursday, Dec. 1 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the UI Pomerantz Center, Room C425.
-- Thursday, Dec. 8, from noon to 1 p.m. (luncheon) at the UI Cedar Rapids Center, 221 Third Ave. SE, Suite 200 in Cedar Rapids.
The MBA-PM is a premier learning experience for professionals who want to excel in their careers while completing general management coursework in the evenings. A customized curriculum enables focus in key areas for career enhancement. Ranked in the top 50 by several leading business publications, the Tippie School of Management offers the MBA for Professionals and Managers in three of Iowa's business sectors: Cedar Rapids, Des Moines and the Quad Cities.
Individuals who would like to experience the MBA-PM classroom environment, interacting with faculty and students prior to completing the formal admission process, may seek approval to enroll in up to nine credit hours of MBA coursework, in a pre-MBA status. Credits earned as a Pre-MBA student will be applied to the degree upon admission to the program.
Registration is now under way for the spring 2006 semester. Classes begin Jan. 17.
