UI Libraries Set Annual Book Sale
The University of Iowa Libraries will hold a book sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 3, on the second floor of the Main Library. Use the north entrance and follow the signs.
Contents of the sale include such subject areas as religion, philosophy, anthropology, geography, political science, American literature and United States, European, Russian and Latin American history.
All books will sell for $1 each from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Following a break from 1 to 2 p.m., all books will be sold as part of a bag sale, with a grocery bag full of books selling for $5 per bag. The bags are provided by Prairie Lights bookstore.
There will be no advance sales or previews. Payment must be made in cash or in-state checks only. Call Chris Hunt at 319-335-5878 if you have any questions or if you need special accommodations on the day of the sale.
