Epidemiologist Coffman to Address 'Finding God' Luncheon

Stacy Coffman, an infection control professional in the University of Iowa's epidemiology program, will speak at the 'Finding God at Iowa' Noon Series on Friday, March 12 at noon in the River Room #1 of the Iowa Memorial Union. Coffman will share her thoughts on what a faithful Christian response should be to new awareness of how infections are influencing our communities though bioterror and serious global emerging infections.

Coffman has been part of the University of Iowa community since 1987. She has worked as research assistant and received her MBA from the Tippie College of Business in 2001. She and her family are members of Zion Lutheran Church of Iowa City.

The Finding God at Iowa lunch forum is a program of the Geneva Campus Ministry at the University of Iowa. It is designed to complement the well-known Geneva Lecture Series that brings national and international speakers to UI to speak on a wide range of topics from a Judeo-Christian perspective.
