Happy Hats Event Scheduled At Children's Hospital Of Iowa
WHAT: Representatives of Happy Hats for Kids, a national nonprofit organization based in California, will distribute red, white and blue felt stovepipe hats.
WHO: Patients and staff members of Children's Hospital of Iowa at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics will participate in the special event honoring our nation's birth.
WHEN: 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 2, 2003
WHERE: Beauty Salon, 4th level of General Hospital. Patients who cannot attend the event will receive the hats in their rooms on pediatric inpatient units.
