The RoughRiders wore the special jerseys during games on Oct. 20, Nov. 1,
Nov.27, and Dec. 15 in 2002 and will wear them again for their games on Jan.
24 and Feb. 15. After the game on Feb. 15, the jerseys will be auctioned
with all proceeds to benefit Children's Miracle Network. The minimum bid
for each jersey will be $100. Last season, the RoughRiders donated $12,690
to Children's Miracle Network following the jersey auction.
Proceeds of the event will benefit patients of Children's Hospital of Iowa
at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City and its outreach
clinics across the state. One hundred percent of all donations to Children's
