Health Iowa/Student Health Service Announces New Fitness Incentive Program
Health Iowa/Student Health Service at the University of Iowa is offering a four-week online incentive program to help UI students adopt a regular physical activity program including cardiovascular, resistance training and flexibility activities.
The program, called "Fastline to Fitness," uses an online format that enables participants to earn points for various fitness activities while accessing personalized information to create their own physical activity plans.
All participants who complete the program will receive a free water bottle and a chance to win prizes such as a Fitness Loft pass, pedometer, Pilates (a form of exercise that increases abdominal strength and flexibility) video, exercise stability ball and more.
Registration is available online at http://uistudenthealth.com. Registration ends Feb. 10.
