UI Health Care specialist to lead online chat on eyelid surgery Nov. 14
IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Phyllis Chang, M.D., an associate professor of surgery
and a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with University of Iowa Health Care,
will lead an hour-long, online question-and-answer discussion on eyelid surgery
with a nationwide audience from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14.

After receiving her medical degree from Albany Medical College of Union
University in Albany, N.Y., Chang completed residencies in surgery at Albany
Medical Center in Albany and in plastic surgery at the University of Chicago
Hospitals in Chicago, Ill. She also completed fellowships in trauma at Albany
Medical Center and in hand surgery (plastic surgery) at New York University
Hospital in New York City. She joined UI Health Care in 1997.
Chang is a board-certified plastic surgeon. She is an associate in the American
College of Surgeons, a fellow in the American Burn Association, and a member
of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
