John A. Buckingham, D.O., joins Keokuk County Medical
SIGOURNEY, Iowa John A. Buckingham, D.O., has
joined Keokuk County Medical Clinic in Sigourney. The clinic is an affiliate
of University of Iowa Health Care.
"I'm excited to be part of the team providing health
care to the citizens of this lovely rural community," Buckingham said. "Also,
I'm familiar with the local climate and customs since I grew up in nearby

California from 1982 to 1996 and as an urgent care physician in California
from 1995 to 1999. He has been an Iowa Summer Camp volunteer physician since
Buckingham received his degree in osteopathy from
the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Mo., in 1981. He completed
his flexible internship in family practice at the Davenport Medical Center
