Skin cancer screening is available at UI Family Care Center, North Liberty

IOWA CITY, Iowa -- University of Iowa Family Care Center in North Liberty will offer skin cancer screenings on Monday, May 1 from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Skin cancer screenings are a quick and easy way to detect early symptoms of skin cancer or precancerous conditions that are preventable.

The testing is free and no appointment is necessary. Area residents are encouraged to undergo the testing. This service is offered in conjunction with the University of Iowa department of dermatology.
